We start with a conversation. We’ll talk through your site, your lifestyle and the way you want your home to feel, then confirm we’re the right team to bring it to life.
2. Preliminary Contract & Services
If we’re a good fit, we move into a preliminary services agreement.
Here, we can help you refine your brief, connect you with the right architect or designer, and begin aligning performance goals with budget and design.
3. Design, Costing & Contract
We combine the design and costing stages into one clear step.
Working alongside your architect and a Quantity Surveyor, we help lock in a design that looks incredible, performs beautifully and sits within an agreed budget — then we sign the main building contract.
4. Ready To Start - A Seamless Build
With design, performance targets and costs agreed, we get on-site.
Our team manages the build with precision, communication and care, so you always know what’s happening and what’s coming next.
5. Handover & Aftercare
On handover day, we walk you through every detail of your new home and how it works.
We stay in touch after you’ve moved in, to answer questions and make sure your home is performing exactly as it should.
